i got there mexican chicken chili and it was very good! very well seasoned and overall just a very good soup. i highly recommend this place and definitely made the right choice of stopping by here while on my trip.
My wife and I go to this awesome place a lot and it’s about bloody time I leave a review :) Absolutely love Five Loaves. Everything on their menu is incredibly healthy and delicious and love that they change their lunch special menu daily. You will feel healthy eating here. Their drink / cocktail menu is abundant too but best of all is the customer service. We are treated like family every time we go there. 3 Thumbs Up & 5 Stars from us.
Our server was excellent! He was attentive and friendly. The food was good. The menu is very creative and fun! I always enjoy eating at Five Loaves. The Eggplant Parmesan was a special & the sauce was a bit plain. The dish was underwhelming but not bad. The highlight was the Chicken Paillard. I didn’t know what to expect & it was delicious! I haven’t had a dish like it. It reminded me of thanksgiving. We also got the rare roast beef sandwich and a mushroom sandwich that was a special. For appetizers we got the balsamic Brussels which were perfect & the cornbread. The cornbread was denser than I’m used to but still very good. It was gluten free so that’s probably why. Oh and the free bread is super yummy and a great way to start the meal! The only thing I wouldn’t order again was the eggplant Parmesan. Everything else was excellent. We went at 6:30pm on a Thursday with 4 people and there was no wait. I look forward to going back.
I had brunch at Five Loaves Cafe for the first time on Sunday morning. I ordered the spinach omelet with home fries and a coffee, and it was very good. The staff is also very friendly, and it has a cool bar.
Pan Fried Soft shell crab sandwich and Mexican chill soup were Fantastic! Bradley Y was an Excellent server, very attentive.
The food here is AMAZING! Almost everything is made from scratch and you can tell. It's absolutely delicious. We need to eat here more often :)
One of my favorite restaurants in charleston. They have the best seasonal options. I always have to get at least a little of their potato broccoli and cheddar soup when Im there. Shakira was our server this time and she was super kind and helpful!
First time dining at Five Loaves Cafe and it was excellent from start to finish. Victoria, my server, was knowledgeable, attentive and patient while answering all of my questions. The food was outstanding and matched the level of service. Highly recommend Five Loaves Cafe and I will definitely be returning.
Really good food with a variety of options for vegetarians and some vegan dishes even. The flexibility to get half sandwiches is really nice. The patio is a cute little place on a nice day, and our server was both friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be back!
Got to eat here with a quick reunion with my old school friend. I was very happy they had gluten free and vegetarian option. My meal was really amazing. Restaurant was overall nice and we all enjoyed our food. If I get visit my friend again, I would definitely eat here again.
